Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation services over the phone for clients speaking multiple languages, including English and foreign languages, ensuring clarity and cultural appropriateness.
• Maintain high standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and impartiality during all interpretation sessions.
• Demonstrate cultural competency by understanding diverse customs, idioms, and contextual nuances to deliver accurate interpretations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure effective communication flow and resolve any misunderstandings promptly.

Skills

• Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language; fluency in additional languages is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of professional ethics related to confidentiality, impartiality, and respectful communication.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and accurately.
