Overhead Door Technician

Maloney Glass & Overhead Door is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our Overhead Door team.

This is a hands-on position focused on the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential overhead door systems. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and repair overhead door systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist customers with professional and courteous service.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Follow company and job-site safety requirements.
• Work effectively with technicians, installers, and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Construction, mechanical, welding, fabrication, or similar hands-on experience is a plus.
• Previous overhead door experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
