Overnight Baker

We are looking to add a baker to our overnight team who would be responsible for a combination of mixing breads and general pastry work and prep. The shift would begin with mixing several breads for our daily production (ciabatta, brioche, koulouri, pita) and transition to pastry (muffins, almond croissants and prepping various items for the ovens).

-The shift is 11:30pm -7:30 am, Wednesday through Sunday. Monday and Tuesday are off.

-You need reliable transportation. We are also located next door to the Willow T station.

-We are looking for an experienced baker with at least 1 year in a commercial setting.

-Must be able to lift 50 pound bags of flour.

-Attention to detail is very important as a lot of this role relies on measurement of ingredients.

-Our bakery is a small team of 4 to 5 people per day.

-Our products are Greek and generally European for the most part but we also include some American classics.

-We are a small team, so efficiency and the ability to multitask are very important in this role.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
