Job Title: Overnight Baker's Assistant
Angelo's Italian Market & Restaurant
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare various Italian pastries, cakes, and market items during overnight shifts
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during overnight hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with Head Baker to provide excellent quality
Requirements:
- Must be able to work overnight shifts 11pm-7am, including weekends and some holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable and punctual
-Must have a minium experience of 3-5 years as a pastry chef or assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
