Position Overview:

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist with the daily care and well-being of our residents, ensuring they receive personalized, respectful, and attentive care. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, fostering an environment of comfort, safety, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Support residents in participating in social, recreational, and wellness activities.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures in the care of residents.
• Assist with medication administration

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
