  • Create and distribute operational reports and maintain accurate data in business systems.

  • Monitor systems, printers, and related hardware; coordinate maintenance or escalate issues to reduce downtime.

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to enter, review, and maintain accurate information in business systems.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Availability to work onsite Sunday through Thursday on the night shift: Sunday from 5:00 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m., with each shift continuing until operational completion.

  • Ability to work independently in a dedicated, temperature-controlled computer room for most of the shift.

  • Ability to review order, shipment, invoice, or operational information and identify discrepancies requiring action or escalation.

  • Ability to handle high volumes of printed shipment documentation and complete associated recordkeeping accurately.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in order processing, order management, dispatch, shipping, receiving, billing, inventory, customer service, or operations support.

  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or transportation environment.

  • Experience supporting printers, operational hardware, reporting, or compliance documentation.

Physical / Travel Requirements

  • Work is performed onsite in a cool, temperature-controlled room within an active distribution center; the room is kept cold to support continuously operating industrial printers.

  • The role requires frequent handling of printed manifests and other paper documentation, along with routine movement between printers, computers, and the surrounding work area.

Work Schedule

Sunday: (5:00 PM start)

Monday through Thursday: (6:00 PM start)

End times depend on completion of the night’s operational workload and may frequently require overtime. Shifts typically run approximately 9 to 10 hours and may extend based on operational needs.
