We are seeking a dependable, professional, and self-motivated Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel.

As the primary point of contact during the night shift, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, handling guest requests, completing end-of-day procedures, and maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-in and check-out
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing records
• Monitor hotel security and conduct routine property walk-throughs
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Prepare daily reports for management review
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
• Assist with early morning departures and breakfast setup (if applicable)

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
• Night audit experience a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable and punctual with a flexible schedule
• Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight hours
