Overnight Loader/Unloader

Job Summary

Join our dynamic logistics team as an Overnight Loader/Unloader, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly. The hours for this position are 4-5 nights per week, Tuesday - Saturday nights from 11pm to 7am (or midnight to 8am). In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading of product and equipment, ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately. You will help maintain inventory, support event operations, and uphold safety standards. This position requires a responsible 21+ person whose major attributes are honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. The perfect candidate must be self-motivated and able to work alone.

Duties

• Safely load and unload product and equipment from box trucks and vans.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for transport using pack lists.
• Conduct manual handling of materials, ensuring proper lifting techniques to prevent injury during heavy lifting tasks.
• Manage inventory by organizing stock in designated areas and updating records with inventory management systems.
• Assist in operating activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards to maintain a secure work environment.
• Cleaning and maintaining supplies and equipment.

Skills

• Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in summer or winter.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and shipment documentation accuracy.
• Ability to continuously lift, bend, stand, climb and perform repetitive motion.
• Excellent manual handling skills with a focus on safety during heavy lifting tasks.
• Must be over 21 to apply.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
