Overnight Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Manager to oversee cabin service operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive dedication management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of aircraft cleaning and deep cleaning of aircraft in the operations. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring ramp and aircraft safety standards, managing inventory, and maintaining exceptional aircraft cleaning. The Overnight Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth night-time operations, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervisors during the overnight shift, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
• Supervise and train staff members, including scheduling, performance management, and development of team members
• Manage food preparation for the operation and being proactive.
• Oversee cabin website with dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation of aircraft.
• Control inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and manage staffing for the operation.
• Team player with all management on staff and be an example in professionalism
• Monitor and hold supervisor accountable for questionable actions in the operation daily
• Conduct proper bi weekly meeting with supervisors.
• Lead team training initiatives focused on safety, hospitality standards, and operational procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards promptly

Experience

• Must have 1 year experience in management role department
• Extensive background in deep cleaning services.
• Excel, Microsoft and computer skills
