Overnight PCA/CNA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Nursing Aide to join our team at Rosewood Senior Living. As a Nursing Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our patients during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with turning and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores.
• Help patients with mobility by using assistive devices or providing support during walking.
• Perform routine tasks such as changing bed linens and maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during the overnight hours.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
