We are seeking a vigilant and personable Overnight Security and Front Desk Associate to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and visitors during nighttime hours. This role combines security responsibilities with front desk duties, requiring a proactive approach to incident prevention, emergency response, and customer service. Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and conduct regular surveillance patrols around the property to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
• Control access to the community using access control systems, verifying identities of residents, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies following established procedures, including fire alarms or medical emergencies.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities during overnight shifts.
• Assist residents with front desk inquiries, provide information about community services, and support their needs with excellent customer service.
• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control systems, incident report writing, and physical security protocols.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when required for emergency situations or equipment setup.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Familiarity with performing background checks and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor during overnight hours.
• Ability to patrol the premises regularly and respond swiftly in emergency situations.
