Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Overnight Security and Maintenance Specialist to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our facility during nighttime hours. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patrols of the premises using CCTV surveillance systems to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, fire safety devices, and lighting systems; report any malfunctions promptly.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches by following established emergency response procedures.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security or safety issues encountered during the shift; escalate concerns to appropriate authorities when necessary.
• Proven experience in physical security roles such as military service, law enforcement, or private security firms.
• Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV operation and access control systems.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, first aid certification, and fire safety protocols.
• Ability to perform conflict de-escalation and conflict management techniques effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Strong understanding of security regulations related to physical security measures, incident reporting, and confidentiality protocols.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining alertness during overnight shifts.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
