Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that delights guests
• Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, cash handling, and billing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, and service areas throughout your shift
• Following proper food handling procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipt issuance
• Support team members in maintaining a smooth operation during overnight hours by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Posi Touch POS would be considard is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing
• Experience in cashiering or serving in a restaurant or food industry setting is advantageous
• Kitchen experience or hospitality background is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is key

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
