Duties

• Safely operate passenger vehicles along designated local routes, adhering strictly to traffic laws and transportation regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and proper maintenance; report any issues promptly.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS systems to reach destinations on time while maintaining awareness of road conditions and traffic updates.
• Transport guests or clients between specified locations, providing excellent customer service through friendly communication and professional demeanor.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, practicing proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vehicles by performing routine interior and exterior cleaning duties during shifts.
• Support facility housekeeping tasks such as cleaning common areas, guest rooms, or offices to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, chauffeur, or in similar passenger transportation roles; experience with medical transportation or paratransit is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Familiarity with local driving routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety protocols, and passenger vehicle operation standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and coordination with team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and handle manual tasks safely during vehicle loading/unloading or housekeeping duties.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual, with a proactive attitude toward safety and customer satisfaction during overnight shifts.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
