Oversea Demand Planning Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Demand Planning Manager to lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment activities across CPF's international markets.

This role will work closely with all overseas branches and international markets receiving CPF export products, ensuring accurate demand forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and efficient replenishment operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Demand Planning, Replenishment, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and English communication, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Demand Planning: Develop, consolidate, and manage demand forecasts across overseas branches and international markets to ensure alignment with sales and business objectives.
• Replenishment & Inventory Management: Manage replenishment planning, inventory levels, safety stock, and stock availability to minimize shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products.
• Overseas Coordination: Work closely with overseas branches, international sales teams, distributors, and supply chain functions to align demand, inventory, and shipment requirements.
• Forecasting & Performance Analysis: Analyze sales trends, historical demand, seasonality, and market performance to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Power BI & Data Analytics: Develop Power BI dashboards and utilize advanced Excel to monitor demand forecasts, inventory performance, replenishment activities, and key supply chain KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with International Sales, Supply Planning, Production, Logistics, and Export Operations to ensure smooth demand and supply planning.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in demand forecasting, replenishment efficiency, reporting automation, and international supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, or Replenishment.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in replenishment planning and inventory management is required.
• Experience working with overseas branches, international markets, or regional supply chain operations is highly preferred.
• Background in Food, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or International Trading is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to independently coordinate and present information to overseas stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including hands-on dashboard development, data modeling, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and S&OP processes is an advantage.
