What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for import/export shipments.
- Manage shipment bookings, pre-alerts, documentation and status updates.
- Liaise with overseas offices, customers, airlines/shipping lines and internal teams.
- Track shipments and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices and shipment reports.
- Maintain strong communication with overseas partners and ensure service levels are met.
- Support the Sales & Operations teams with quotations, routing and shipment-related information.
- Ensure accurate and timely system updates and MIS reporting.
Job Specification
- 5-8 Years | Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Experience in freight forwarding / logistics, preferably handling international shipments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Air/Ocean freight and international shipping documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with overseas time zones.
