Position Title: Overseas Country Manager (Southeast Asia Market)

We are a leading Chinese HR SaaS growth company, seeking to accelerate our expansion in the Southeast Asia market. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Overseas Business Director to lead the overall business development and team management in the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion and Strategy Planning:

- Identify and assess business opportunities and growth potential in Southeast Asian countries, and develop regional market entry strategies.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to devise competitive market entry and product promotion strategies.

2. Client Relations and Sales Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in Southeast Asia (e.g., medium to large enterprises, multinational corporations) to drive business growth.

- Set and execute sales targets for the Southeast Asia region, leading the team in marketing, sales, and business negotiations.

3. Team Management and Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Recruit, develop, and lead the sales team in Southeast Asia to improve team performance.

- Coordinate with product, implementation, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services to clients.

- Manage regional budgets and oversee operating costs to ensure the efficient use of company resources.

4. Market and Product Feedback:

-  Provide regular feedback to headquarters on business development in Southeast Asia, and propose improvements to product and market strategies.

-  Monitor market dynamics and customer feedback, driving product localization and innovation to meet the specific needs of different markets.
