Overseas Desktop Engineer - Chinese speaking

In accordance with the business unit's standard requirements, complete the installation, configuration or troubleshooting of IT terminal equipment systems, programs, drivers, etc. in the office area or production line of the park. For issues beyond the scope of the first line, escalate and track the second line or product for closed-loop resolution.

1. Resolve IT hardware issues and plan computer maintenance schedules, including the acceptance, pre-installation, distribution, and standardized configuration of newly applied terminal devices, as well as inventory taking.

2. IT asset disposal: Issue inspection reports to assess whether the assets meet the (scrapping) disposal conditions, and clear data from PCs to be disposed of.

3. Assist the assigned unit in managing IT terminal assets, including asset recovery, maintenance, and secondary distribution.

4. Install systems and work software based on employee needs and handle routine faults.

5. Monitor the network security system, assist in configuring firewalls and IT security policies, and provide users with computer usage guidelines in accordance with IT security policies.

6. Maintain the stable operation of the organization's internet, and contact and coordinate with internet service providers in case of faults."

Job Requirements

"1. Possess basic terminal operation and maintenance skills; have a good team spirit and communication skills;

2. Be responsible, hardworking, and able to adapt to overtime work;

3. Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (related majors such as Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.);

4. Academic performance requirement: Honors graduate, GPA: 3.0/4.0;

5. Experience requirement: 0-2 years of relevant working experience in fields such as computer, office, factory, etc.;

6. Language proficiency: Proficient in Thai/ Chinese.
