About the role

You will oversee the successful operation of international guilds, ensuring their smooth and efficient running. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with Chinese-speaking live streamer families and agencies in overseas regions including Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and other areas
• Promote long-term growth of streamer families and content producers on the platform
• Explore and implement empowerment strategies for streamer families
• Work closely with the product team to launch new features and operational activities
• Enhance engagement and revenue for streamer families on the platform
• Develop and optimize the management framework and operational policies for streamer families

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in any major
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Familiar with trends in the overseas voice-based social industry
• Strong understanding of guild ecosystem operations
• Candidates with existing guild resources preferred
• Strong stress management and business development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• High level of self-motivation
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for daily communication and reading
• Additional foreign language skills considered a plus
