About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in overseas manpower recruitment, preferably within the manpower supply or workforce solutions industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies.
• Lead overseas recruitment campaigns, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Oversee visa processing, documentation, and worker mobilization.
• Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
• Monitor recruitment costs, agency performance, and hiring targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas recruitment.
• Previous experience in a manpower supply or workforce solutions company is highly preferred.
• Strong network of international recruitment agencies.
• Experience in bulk recruitment and overseas hiring campaigns.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Saudi recruitment procedures and international hiring processes.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a manpower supply or workforce solutions company is highly preferred.
