Overseas Procurement Center Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the bidding and procurement execution of the company's overseas EPC projects, including inquiry, price comparison, bid evaluation support, and contract process follow-up.
• Assist in supplier communication, data collection, and basic evaluation based on project requirements.
• Work with the project team to advance procurement plans and track delivery progress, quality, and cost execution.
• Assist in organizing procurement-related documents (bidding documents, quotation analysis, contract materials, etc.).
• Support overseas supplier development and basic data maintenance, and gradually participate in supply chain development.
• Collaborate with project, technical, and commercial teams to ensure the smooth progress of procurement and sourcing work.
• Gradually take on more complex procurement or project-related work under guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience; experience in project execution, procurement, commercial, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience participating in overseas EPC projects preferred (not limited to procurement roles).
• Understanding of basic bidding and procurement processes, with some commercial awareness.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Good communication and execution skills, strong learning ability.
• Able to adapt to overseas business travel.

Preferred

• Experience supporting or participating in overseas projects (technology, delivery, engineering, etc.).
• Familiarity with the company's business, products, or project processes.
• Cross-departmental collaboration experience.
• Willingness to engage in international business and supply chain-related work long term.
