Overseas Registration Assistant

Mission of the Role:

Assist in the execution of both supported and self-initiated registration projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collect, organize, and prepare the foundational documentation required for product registrations across target countries and regions, in coordination with internal functions including R&D, Production, and Quality.
• Conduct registration activities in compliance with local regulatory requirements of the target countries.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and track the full lifecycle of registration progress.
• Maintain project records and ensure timely updates of trackers and project status reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address registration feedback and communicate registration outcomes.
• Collaborate with overseas local agents, distributors, and third-party consultants to drive project advancement.
• Prepare, compile, and submit registration dossiers, and follow up on post-submission activities.
• Resolve various issues arising during the registration process and drive projects to successful completion.
• Proactively develop expertise in regional registration regulations and product knowledge through hands-on practice, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Participate in project communications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management, and conduct regular reviews of work progress and project learnings.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Master's degree in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in international registration of agrochemical or crop protection products is preferred.
• Outstanding fresh graduates in relevant disciplines will also be considered.
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks, such as those of the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), WHO (World Health Organization), or other regional standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regulatory authorities and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with pesticide registration processes.
2. Experience with regulatory environments in emerging markets.
3. Ability to analyze technical data in support of registration submissions.
