Overseas Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Identify and develop new customers, while analyzing customer profiles, product portfolios, and annual sales performance.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and fax, and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
• Develop new sales channels for the company's products.
• Present products and provide product samples to customers for evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare sample request and cost estimation documents for management approval and quotation preparation.
• Provide customers with updated information on new company products.

Team Management & Performance Development

• Plan, monitor, and follow up on team performance to achieve sales targets.
• Provide guidance, consultation, and solutions to problems encountered by team members.
• Evaluate team performance and develop employees' skills and capabilities.
