Overseas Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Site Physical Security: Ensure the physical security of the IDC site and oversee security work arrangements.
• Access Compliance: Enforce compliance for personnel and asset access management.
• Project & KPI Execution: Drive security project promotion and ensure key indicator landing.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 5+ years of total work experience, with 2+ years in security-related roles. Understanding of data center (IDC) environments and basic network architecture principles preferred.
• Core Competencies: Strong project promotion, cross-team communication, and personnel management skills.
• Language & Soft Skills: Proficient in Mandarin and English (or target foreign language), with strong collaboration and management capabilities.
