Overseas Security Expert (IDC Physical Security)

Key Responsibilities

1. System Construction & Ops: Design, deploy, and maintain physical security systems for the local IDC facility.
2. Operations & Response: Guide local teams to execute SOPs, and collaborate with SOC to handle site alarms and security incidents.
3. Project Management: Control project quality, cost, and timeline using WBS to ensure on-time delivery and secure site operations.

Requirements

1. Experience & Education: Diploma/Degree in Safety, Telecom, CS, or Automation. 5+ years of experience in security engineering or data center/facility physical safety.

2. Technical Skills: Proficient in mainstream security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection) and architecture.

3. Languages & Competencies: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (fluent working proficiency required). Strong risk assessment, project control (WBS), and cross-functional communication skills.
