Overseas Strategic Sourcing (Consumer Electronics)

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow up on product development requirements, collect market intelligence, and formulate and release procurement strategies for the e-liquid category.
2. Supplier resource development and management: identify, onboard, and continuously optimize the supplier pool for e-liquid, while maintaining long-term and stable supplier relationships.
3. Oversee price calculation and confirmation for e-liquid, drive ongoing cost optimization, and ensure price reasonableness.
4. Lead supplier performance evaluations, promote continuous supplier improvements, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the entire supply chain.
5. Track the latest market trends, technologies, pricing, and industry dynamics in real time; proactively identify supply risks and implement preventive and risk management measures.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (full‑time program), with at least 5 years of procurement‑related experience; experience in e‑liquid or flavors & fragrances procurement is preferred.
2. In‑depth knowledge of e‑liquid or its raw materials, and familiarity with e‑liquid production processes and manufacturing procedures.
3. Professional strategic procurement capabilities, with strong understanding of supplier development, supplier management, commercial negotiation, and product cost structures.
4. Global mindset with the ability to identify and manage supply risks; strong project coordination and time management skills.
5. High adaptability, problem‑solving ability, communication and coordination skills, team collaboration, and learning agility; diligent, results‑driven, and execution‑oriented.
6. Proficient in standard office software and applications.
