Overseas Technical Service Engineer

海外技术服务工程师

（一）岗位职责

1. 工艺验证跟进--按照客户要求调试设备，处理客户现场异常，提供现场验证数据

2. 验证总结--执行设备优化方案验证

3. 项目日常跟进（安装调试维护维修）--按照客户要求调试及维护设备，设备发生异常时及时维修处理异常，确保设备正常生产，将每日生产数据及异常汇报给技术服务主管

4. 设备验收--根据技术服务主管提供的合同验收指标来调试设备，确保设备异常全部处理完成，并达到合同验收指标

5. 售后跟踪及设备问题反馈--将现场异常反馈给技术服务主管

(一） Job Responsibilities

1. Process Verification Follow-up - Debug equipment according to customer requirements, handle on-site abnormalities, and provide on-site verification data

2. Verification Summary - Execute equipment optimization plan verification

3. Daily Project Follow-up (Installation, Debugging, Maintenance, Repair) - Debug and maintain equipment according to customer requirements. Repair and handle abnormalities promptly when they occur to ensure normal production of the equipment. Report daily production data and abnormalities to the Technical Service Supervisor

4. Equipment Acceptance - Debug equipment according to the contract acceptance indicators provided by the Technical Service Supervisor to ensure that all abnormalities are handled and the equipment meets the contract acceptance indicators

5. After-sales Tracking and Equipment Problem Feedback - Feedback on on-site abnormalities to the Technical Service Supervisor

（二）任职资格

1.自动化行业同岗位工作3年以上经验，大专以上学历

2.服从安排，执行倒班，能接受全球范围出差（台湾/越南/美国等）

3.工作热情，积极主动，性情温和，执行能力强

（二） Qualifications

1. 3 years or more of experience in the same position in the automation industry, with a college degree or above

2. Willing to follow instructions, able to work in shifts, and able to accept global出差 (Taiwan/Vietnam/USA， etc.)

3.Enthusiastic， proactive， gentle in temperament， and strong in execution capabilities
