About the role

This role involves product installation, debugging, and after-sales technical support. You will analyze common issues, propose improvement plans, organize customer training sessions, and maintain customer relationships while gathering feedback on equipment usage and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product installation and debugging, analyzing common issues and summarizing findings
• Propose improvement plans and suggestions based on technical analysis
• Provide after-sales technical support and resolve technical issues at customer sites
• Organize customer training sessions
• Compile and provide feedback on equipment usage and customer requirements
• Follow up on key customer issues and maintain customer relationships

About you

• 2+ years of work experience required
• Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline
• Strong theoretical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software aspects of product design
• Familiar with semiconductor factory and equipment operations
• Project management and communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in reading and expression
• Ability to proficiently draft documents
