Overseas User Operations Specialist(Turkish)

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Localization Execution: Lead the deep localization of our social product for the Turkish market, ensuring all content, campaigns, and user communications are culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.
2. Community Management: Build and nurture core user communities. Drive user engagement and loyalty through daily interactions, topic initiation, and timely response to user inquiries.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement online/offline operational activities based on local trends and user insights, aiming to boost user acquisition and retention.
4. User Feedback & Insight: Systematically collect, analyze, and synthesize user feedback. Translate user voices into actionable product and operational improvement strategies.
5. Data Analysis & Optimization: Track and interpret key operational metrics. Identify performance gaps and opportunities, and propose data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to coordinate resources and drive product localization and market promotion initiatives.

【Qualifications】

1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Turkish, both written and spoken, with the ability to use it as a working language for daily communication and documentation.
2. Social Media Savvy: Well-versed in major global social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and sensitive to Turkish local internet culture and emerging trends.
3. Fast Learner: Quick to adapt and acquire new skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced internet environment.
4. Team Player: Strong collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.

【Compensation & Benefits】

• Full-time position, 5-day work week, 7.5 working hours per day
