Oversight Analyst

About the role

This role combines CRM management, risk assessment, investor relations, and strategic initiatives within the renewable energy sector. You will optimize our HubSpot system, support investment decision-making through risk analysis and reporting, and contribute to internal projects that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and useful reporting
• Support dashboards creation to provide management with visibility on activity
• Prepare reports for investors, tracking performance against established targets
• Lead project risk assessments by reviewing contracts, counterparties, technical considerations, and financial performance
• Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Finance, and Safety teams to review deals
• Support the preparation of investment committee packages
• Contribute to internal projects that improve efficiency, competitiveness, or knowledge management
• Take ownership of new initiatives, with the freedom to propose and implement your own ideas
• Conduct market research and analysis on renewable energy trends, policies, and competitors
• Help document and improve internal workflows

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Background

• Final-year student or recent graduate of a Master cursus in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Experience, knowledge or strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
• CRM, Reporting and project management experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data visualization and AI tools is a plus
• Knowledge of legal concepts, corporate finance, and financial modelling is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong initiative and curiosity, with the ability to propose ideas.
• Analytical mindset, with critical thinking and synthesis capacities.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (Thai or other Asian languages are a plus).
