About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chachoengsao. As the Own Fleet Manager at TD M LOGISTICS CO., LTD.', you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's fleet operations and workforce. This is a key position that contributes directly to the success and growth of the organization's logistics services.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and supervise team support the fleet of vehicles and drivers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with the overall business objectives
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the fleet management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in fleet management or a related field within transportation, or logistics industry

• Strong understanding of fleet management principles, for fleet workforce planning

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and team management

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards in the industry

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field
