Role Description The Owner role at Moharb is a full-time, on-site position based in El Mansoura. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, service offerings, and client relationships, ensuring that the agency delivers high-quality digital marketing solutions that meet client goals. Daily responsibilities include guiding branding and marketing initiatives, supervising project pipelines, managing budgets and resource allocation, and supporting the team in delivering creative and technical work. The Owner is expected to build and maintain key partnerships, drive business development, and monitor performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and profitability. This role also includes mentoring team members, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing leadership, including strategy development, campaign management, and performance optimization.
• Strong background in branding and creative direction, with familiarity in graphic design, content creation, and social media marketing.
• Working knowledge of web design, web development, SEO, and e-commerce solutions to effectively oversee technical and creative projects.
• Proven business management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, operations oversight, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving growth in a digital agency or related environment.
• Ability to work on-site in El Mansoura and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications in digital marketing are beneficial.
