Role Description The Owner at ThePhysio1 is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, including patient services, staff management, financial performance, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards. This full-time, on-site role in Lahore involves setting strategic direction, managing budgets, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation. The Owner will supervise clinical and administrative staff, foster a positive workplace culture, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Daily activities include reviewing performance reports, addressing patient feedback, coordinating with external partners, and implementing process improvements to support sustainable growth. The role also includes safeguarding the brand reputation and ensuring that ThePhysio1 remains a trusted provider in the local community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or clinic management, including overseeing daily operations and coordinating patient services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate staff, delegate responsibilities, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting, budgeting, and financial planning to manage clinic revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Knowledge of physiotherapy or related healthcare fields, with the ability to align clinical practices with professional standards and patient needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, vendors, and community partners in a clear and respectful manner.
• Ability to develop and implement local marketing initiatives, build the clinic’s presence, and attract and retain patients.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and practice management tools; familiarity with electronic health records is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field preferred; professional physiotherapy qualifications are an asset.
