Role Description The Owner of Pédagogie Routière Outre-mer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, strategy, and growth in a full-time remote capacity. Daily responsibilities include defining and implementing business goals, managing budgets and resources, and establishing efficient operational processes. The role involves developing educational and training programs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Owner will cultivate partnerships, manage client relationships, and represent the organization in external communications and negotiations. This position also requires monitoring performance metrics, guiding team members or contractors, and continuously improving services based on learner and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, management, or leadership, with the ability to set strategic direction and oversee daily operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools to coordinate activities, communicate with stakeholders, and manage projects.
• Experience in education, training, or pedagogy, preferably related to road safety, driving instruction, or regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Comfort with digital platforms and basic IT tools for administration, online learning, and remote collaboration.
• Relevant academic background or professional certifications in business, education, transportation, or a related field are advantageous.
