Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Fortaleza, CE. The Owner will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable growth. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, developing and implementing business plans, and making key decisions on investments, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role involves leading and mentoring team members, establishing clear workflows, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The Owner will also manage relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and represent the business in local market and community activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute business strategies, including long-term planning, market positioning, and goal setting.
• Strong financial management skills, such as budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Experience in operations management, including process improvement, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and retain a diverse team.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for managing internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Fortaleza, CE, and familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
• Previous experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
