Owner

Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Skopje, responsible for leading Leanworx’s strategic direction and operations. The Owner will define the company vision, set business objectives, and oversee product strategy for digital platforms in the telecommunications domain. Day-to-day activities include managing key stakeholder relationships, guiding technology and product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. The role involves supervising financial planning, resource allocation, and organizational development, while cultivating a culture of innovation, lean processes, and continuous improvement. The Owner will also represent the company in industry forums and potential partnerships to support growth and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong background in telecommunications and IT, with experience in digital platforms, network technologies, and convergent product or service catalogs.
• Proven leadership in founding, owning, or managing a technology-focused organization, including strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in business development, partnership management, and go-to-market strategies within B2B or telecom environments.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance metrics for a startup or growth-stage company.
• Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams, interpret complex system requirements, and drive product innovation aligned with market needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients, partners, and investors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience in a fast-changing environment, and commitment to lean processes and continuous improvement.
