Owner

Role Description The Owner of GraphPi is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Sylhet, Bangladesh, responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and operational direction of the company. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing business planning, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that projects align with company goals and customer needs. The role involves supervising teams, establishing workflows, and making key decisions about product development, partnerships, and resource allocation. The Owner will manage stakeholder relationships, represent the company in external meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This position requires continuous evaluation of market trends, identification of new opportunities, and implementation of improvements that support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or managing a small to medium-sized organization.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving to guide long-term company growth.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and build a positive work culture.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of market analysis, product development, and customer-focused service design.
• Comfort with using digital tools and data to inform business decisions; familiarity with technology-driven products is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Proven ability to work on-site full-time in Sylhet, Bangladesh, with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
