Role Description The Owner role at I Develop Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site position based in Bulacan, responsible for leading the overall vision, strategy, and operations of the business. Day-to-day tasks include defining service offerings, setting marketing and sales goals, and overseeing project delivery for clients. The Owner manages client relationships, negotiates contracts, and ensures high-quality execution of campaigns and digital initiatives. This role also involves supervising team members or contractors, monitoring financial performance, and making data-informed decisions to grow the company. The Owner is expected to stay current with digital marketing trends and tools, maintain an organized workflow, and foster a professional, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in core digital marketing domains such as social media, content creation, online advertising, and basic SEO.
• Demonstrated ability in business management, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Capability to lead projects end-to-end, including scoping, scheduling, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for analytics, campaign management, and workflow organization.
• Proven problem-solving skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn and apply new marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
• Ability to work on-site in Bulacan and maintain regular full-time working hours.
