Owner Relation Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update owner profiles, property details, and contract information within our CRM to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Process and coordinate "Owner Stay" requests, ensuring properties are blocked off, cleaned, and prepared according to specific owner preferences.
• Act as the bridge between Owner Relations and other departments to resolve owner inquiries or property issues.
• Draft and distribute official announcements, newsletters, and policy updates to the owner community.
• Organize and archive management agreements, insurance documents, and compliance paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented individual
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and warmly in both written and spoken contexts
• Proficient in navigating CRMs, booking software, and standard Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suites
• Proactive and engaged in work responsibilities
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator position (experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management is a significant advantage)
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Fluency in English is essential.
