Owner Relations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Owner Relations Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Cabin Owners and our Property Care team. In this vital role, you will foster strong relationships, ensure owner satisfaction, and oversee communication regarding property performance, leasing activities, and maintenance updates. Your expertise will help maximize owner retention and support the overall success of our property portfolio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead owner engagement initiatives, manage contractual relationships, and contribute to a thriving property management environment.

Duties

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners through regular communication, updates, and personalized service.
• Manage updates on maintenance and housekeeping questions of Cabin Owners.
• Utilize vacation rental management tools like Breezeway, Guesty, TopKey to ensure owner concerns are addressed by Operations Team.
• Coordinate with internal teams on property maintenance, facilities management, and tenant issues to ensure owner expectations are met or exceeded.
• Handle conflict management situations professionally by mediating disputes or concerns raised by owners or tenants.
• Support onboarding of new owners by building bonds of trust and answer questions about onboarding process.
• Upsell additional services or to owners while maintaining a customer-centric approach that emphasizes transparency and trust.

Experience

• Proven experience in high volume inbound client communication and follow through in a very collaborative environment of cabin rental business.
• High comfort level with technology to document work processes and expenses.
• Demonstrated ability in client communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service excellence.
• Background working within property management companies or facilities management environments is highly preferred.
• Open to learning lodging tax reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing systems, budgeting processes, and administrative support tasks.
• Ability to manage team members effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes client satisfaction.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
