Since 2016, we have been combining technology with high-quality hospitality services to help property owners successfully manage their properties and deliver excellent guest experiences.

We are currently looking for an English-speaking Owner Success Associate based in Brazil to join our international team on a freelance / independent contractor basis.

Please note that this position requires availability to work according to European business hours.

Role Overview As an Owner Success Associate, you will be a key point of contact for property owners, ensuring clear and professional communication, effective coordination with internal teams, and a consistently high level of service.

Beyond day-to-day owner support, you will take a proactive approach to monitoring property performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with owners to help maximise occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage owner inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing accurate information regarding bookings, property performance, operational processes, and other relevant topics.
• Proactively monitor property performance and revenue, regularly reviewing financial and operational results, identifying trends and opportunities, and recommending actions to improve revenue, occupancy, and overall performance.
• Discuss performance and commercial strategy with owners, using data and insights to clearly explain results, manage expectations, and align on actions needed to improve performance.
• Coordinate communication between property owners and internal teams, acting as a bridge between owners and departments such as Operations, Guest Experience, and Finance when required.
• Take ownership of owner requests and issues, investigating concerns, identifying appropriate solutions, and escalating cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and cases, ensuring conversations, requests, actions, and resolutions are properly documented in our internal systems and CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution, keeping owners informed throughout the process and maintaining a high standard of communication.
• Identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement, proactively sharing feedback and insights that can improve both the owner experience and property performance.
• Adapt to evolving processes, systems, and tools in a dynamic and fast-growing international environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English.
• Currently based in Brazil.
• Availability to work European business hours.
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, hospitality, property management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with performance and revenue-related data.
• Comfortable having challenging or commercially sensitive conversations with owners, particularly around occupancy, revenue performance, pricing strategy, and actions required to improve results.
• Ability to communicate data and recommendations clearly, manage expectations, and constructively challenge owners when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Confidence working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online communication systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Contract This opportunity is offered on a freelance / independent contractor basis and is open to candidates based in Brazil.

The successful candidate will provide services to GuestReady as an independent contractor rather than as an employee and must be available to work according to European working hours.
