Jes & Gray Living is a lifestyle concept brand blending home furnishings, décor, and apparel into a unique shopping experience. We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual to operate our Alexander City, AL location — not as an employee, but as a future owner and franchise partner.

The Opportunity

This is more than a job. We’re offering a rare chance to step into an established retail concept, grow it with your vision, and earn a share of the profits from day one. Our goal is to find the right fit — someone with strong retail or design experience — to lead this store and eventually buy into the business as a franchisee.

What You’ll Do

Operate and manage the Alexander City location with full responsibility for sales, merchandising, and customer experience.

Build relationships with local designers, clients, and the Auburn/Lake Martin community.

Drive growth across furnishings, décor, and apparel, with creative input on design and product mix.

Lead a small team and set the tone for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Partner with ownership to hit key performance milestones, while shaping the path toward future franchise ownership.

Distribution: A 200,000 sq ft distribution center less than 20 miles away, that houses in-stock products to immediately fulfill orders and stock for the retail location.

Logistics Network: Support from our logistics network, including B2B and residential logistics partners

Background in interior design, retail management, or lifestyle merchandising.
