For over a decade, our client has built a reputation for delivering complex, high-stakes real estate and construction projects on behalf of building owners, guiding everything from initial planning and design oversight through construction management and project closeout. The firm's project portfolio spans large-scale lab and office builds, corporate tenant fit-outs, student housing, and specialized recreational and mission-critical facilities, working alongside some of the region's most recognized institutional and corporate names.

Job Details

• 10–15 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in Owner's Project Management (OPM) required.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex capital projects from planning/design through construction and closeout, ideally across multiple asset types (life science, corporate/commercial, higher education, or similar institutional settings).
• Proven ability to represent ownership interests directly with architects, engineers, and general contractors/construction managers, including budget oversight, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong working knowledge of design and construction processes, procurement/bidding, and contract administration.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and adapt to a range of organizational cultures.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, MCPPO) a plus.
• Based in or willing to work primarily in the Greater Boston/Cambridge, MA area.
