Owner’s Representative Quality Manager

About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative Quality Manager (QCM) to support the Owner’s Representative Construction Manager on large-scale Wind utility and energy infrastructure projects.

About the Role

In this role, you will support day-to-day Quality oversight, inspections, and review of test reports/commissioning documents. You will work closely with the site team and contractors to help track progress, maintain organized documentation, and ensure quality verifications and clear information flow between the field and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team of Quality Technicians for regular site walks and inspections
• Oversee Contractor implementation of the Quality Plan across multiple disciplines
• Ensure all QA/QC documentation is compiled accurately and timely for project turnover milestones
• Manage digital inspection platforms and ensure data is transferred to EPC for remediation
• Verify QC metrics, manage internal trackers for inspection, open items, NCRs, etc.
• Run weekly Quality Meeting with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction quality management, with a focus on utility-scale energy, infrastructure, or large industrial projects
• Experience in QA/QC roles as an Owner Rep, EPC, or construction quality assurance role on large, complex projects
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, construction standards, and inspection methodologies
• Ability to travel and be on-site for extended durations, current driver’s license
• *Wind Specific: Ability to climb wind turbine towers up to 300+ feet multiple times per day and work comfortably in confined spaces and at extreme heights.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership in driving quality culture across field teams and contractors
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, inspection procedures, and documentation control
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action management
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

Pay range and compensation package

110-140K Salary + 20% bonus + $1,225 per week per diem + Company Truck + 6 day rotation every month + 2 weeks vacation
