What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Project Coordination & PM: ประสานงานโปรเจกต์ออกแบบภายใน ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของงาน หน้างาน และซัพพลายเออร์ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- Executive Support: จัดการตารางงาน นัดหมาย ดูแลงานเอกสารและการติดต่อต่างๆของผู้บริหาร
- Design Presentation: ช่วยเตรียมข้อมูล สรุปงาน ติดตาม หรือ ปรับแก้งานดีไซน์เบื้องต้นเพื่อให้การสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทีมช่างหรือลูกค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- Problem Solving: ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเบื้องต้นได้อย่างมีไหวพริบ รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Interior Design (การออกแบบภายใน) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Interior Designer, Coordinator หรือ Project Management (PM) มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Mindset & Personality: * มีใจรักและหลงใหลในงานดีไซน์ (Design Enthusiast)
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดีเยี่ยม เป็นคนสไตล์ Extrovert เข้ากับคนง่าย พลังงานเยอะ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองดีเยี่ยม สามารถประสานงานกับคนหลากหลายกลุ่มได้ดี (ดีไซน์เนอร์, ช่าง, ซัพพลายเออร์, ลูกค้า)
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, PowerPoint
วันเเละเวลา- สถานที่ทำงานบริษัท : วันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา [10.00 - 19.00](tel:10.00 - 19.00)
