• Industry investigation for new product ideas
• Work together with headquarter for new battery pack development
• Create the design for optimization and cost saving for existing battery and battery products
• Coordinate activities with cross-functions to fulfill project targets and support series production
• Evaluation and release of sample parts for use in testing series
• Troubleshooting on problems found during testing series
• Summarize and transfer the obtained know-how to STIHL Qingdao, train the colleagues
• Further tasks assigned by manager Requirements:
• Master / Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in the design of both electro-mechanical and mechanical components / products. Li-Battery pack related experience is preferred
• Experience in use of 3D/2D CAD program, ideally Creo.
• Good communication in English, spoken and written.
• Able to work independently and teamwork spirit
• Open-minded, enthusiastic and convincing
