Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pack & Ship Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting customers with packing, shipping, printing, mailbox services, and other retail store needs.

Flexibility is important for this position. Candidates must be willing to work at any of our three store locations based on business needs and scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service.
• Pack and prepare customer items for shipment using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Process domestic and international shipments accurately.
• Operate shipping, postage, and point-of-sale systems.
• Assist customers with selecting appropriate shipping options and packaging materials.
• Receive, organize, and distribute packages and mail.
• Provide mailbox rental and related customer services.
• Perform printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and other document services.
• Sell packing supplies, shipping materials, office products, and other retail merchandise.
• Process customer transactions and accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Follow company procedures for package handling, security, and customer privacy.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and store opening/closing duties.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work at any of our three store locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, shipping, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to lift and move packages and boxes as needed.
• Must be willing and able to work at any of our three store locations based on scheduling and business needs.
• Reliable transportation between store locations is preferred/required.
