Pack & Ship Store Associate — Part-Time in Amarillo, TX

Route 66 Pack N Ship is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Pack & Ship Store Associate to join our team!

This is a hands-on position where every day can be a little different. You’ll help customers with shipping, packing, printing, private mailboxes, shredding, and other services. No previous pack & ship experience is required — we will train the right person!

Responsibilities:

• Help customers with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping
• Properly pack and prepare packages for shipping
• Measure packages accurately
• Create shipping labels and process transactions
• Receive and organize carrier drop-offs
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Help customers with opening private mailboxes
• Provide printing, copying, laminating, binding, and other document services
• Process shredding services
• Operate our register and shipping software
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
• Manage virtual mailboxes - scan and upload mail, recycle, shred and complete virtual mailbox tasks on the computer
• Complete other day-to-day tasks as needed

• Able to follow instructions carefully
• Willing to learn how to properly pack different types of items
• Comfortable lifting and moving packages
• Able to work independently and stay productive during slower periods
• Responsible and willing to take ownership of their work
• A positive team member who is willing to help wherever needed

Experience:

No previous shipping or pack & ship experience is required. We provide training.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, shipping, printing, office work, or a similar position is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Pay

**Part-time:** Approximately 15–25 hours per week **Pay:** $12–$15 per hour, depending on experience

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
