AWT has the following position open in our Grand Blanc, Michigan location:

• Pack out (T-S 5pm)

The schedule for this position is Thursday-Friday-Saturday, Hours are - 5:00 pm - 5:30 am. Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours. Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.

Required Job Duties

• Packs and labels shipments and moves to shipping as assigned

Job Description

• Practices safe work habits according to pack out practices.
• Maintains an organized work space daily, including cleaning table surfaces and proactively moving materials and carts for optimum use of space.
• Completes jobs , including documentations according to work instructions.
• Submits material requisition forms for any supplies required to minimize downtime and assure efficiency.
• Works with team members to accomplish goals and to recommend improvements in both product and process.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 40 or more pounds at intervals

throughout each day

• Good basic math skills
• Basic keyboarding skills
• Focused and organized; very neat
• Desire to succeed in a culture of teamwork and

accountability

• Speed in all tasks, with accuracy
