Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Package Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience with each delivery. The ideal candidate will have a personal vehicle, strong driving skills, and the ability to navigate efficiently using mobile devices. Duties

• Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages to various locations within designated routes.
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned deliveries.
• Use mobile devices to receive delivery instructions, update delivery statuses, and communicate with dispatch as needed.
• Verify package accuracy and condition upon pickup and delivery, ensuring all items are handled with care.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or discrepancies encountered during the process.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including loading and unloading packages and organizing inventory.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe transportation of packages and personal safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive during deliveries.

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery driving or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with using mobile devices for navigation and communication is essential.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing routes or schedules.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
